ARD Program in Pennsylvania?

In March of 2007, I had been pulled over for driving under the influence in Philadelphia. I was entered into the ARD program but wasn't able to complete it because I was a student and couldn't afford the cles & supplemental counseling that were required at the time. After the 6 months had ped I had received a call from the Probation officer stating that I didn't finish the ARD program. This is haunting me now as I am having trouble finding employment. Are there any options for getting the charge expunged now?
