How do I become an excerise rider?

Hello. I live about 10 minutes south of Turfway Park in Florence, KY. I am 20 years old 5'3 3/4 125 lbs. I am currently a world qualifying barrel racer, have also won state jumping, and district shows in dressage. I was hired by a trainer who is a family friend to gallop her horses, but she had a falling out with the owner and went down to only 1 horse of her own. I also sold a barrel horse to a trainer at Turfway for his daughter, but he said he could use me during the race season and when that rolled around I was pregnant so he hired someone else (this was a over a year ago). This really is my dream job and a pion of mine. I see mucking out stalls as a privilege not a chore. Not sure how to get on with another trainer. I kind of started with my foot in the door, but now im starting from the bottom and not sure what to do. Any help, advice, or extra info would be greatly appreciated.
