Is there anyway i can get this ticket off?

i just got a noise violation ticket vc 27007. when i was exiting my neighborhood i saw him pull someone over and i drove on. 2 minutes later he pulled me over for having my music too loud. my windows were down and I have a stock system in my car. the ticket says amplified music. but i dont have amplifiers in my car.
