Ok need some help figuring out what the name and who sings this song?

i cant remember many if the words but it kinda spanglish song and he says i will always be tu amor mean the world to me ..lol it been on radio a while but have not heard it for long time sorry not much 2 work with....... also this is a long shot but there is a song from black rapper it is old song and i don t even remember the words i know it was talking about ppl descriminating and stuff it really good song catchy but any guesses on either please..:)
