Any doctors/nurses out there to help me with something??

I am a cancer nurse and I give a lot of compazine to my patients. We give 10 mg iv or orally every 4 to 6 hours at the most. We don't give the suppositories because they are a risk for infection and bleeding in cancer patients. I am sure you can take an extra pill this once without harm. However, aren't you just putting a bandaid over a bigger problem? Your fear is unreasonable. I know you know that, but I hope you can find help so you don't have to take medicine for this irrational fear. If you aren't already seeing a psychologist in addition to your psychiatrist, I would urge you to do so. Medicine is only part of the treatment for OCD.
