Are Deccan Chargers a much weaker team than the one last year?

They got good youngster all right but. They only have 2 recognizable players. Sangakkara and Steyn. Maybe Sharma as well. That's all they got. Last year they had depth in their line up. Do you think they have a chance of making it to the top 4.
