How do i cope with my son and my new husband now hateing each other.?

my husband has been good to let my son live with us my son is 29 yrs old. no license and don't try to get them back, we been taking him to work when he works, and doing everything in our ability to help him when we could in return he has stolen from us, betrayed us in a lot of ways, and recently my husband made a remark to my son because he was drinking and being a ***, my husband said your acting arrogant and my son shoved my husband down 2 times i tried to stop the scuffle had to call law and run son off.My husband has cerebral palsy also. my son is healthy and fine. now they hate each other. yet i love them both. how do i deal with this in my life?
