Is today's leftist talking point to taunt the GOP for government policy, as if the Democrats have not been?

The left is running away from Republican policies that don't exist, they are in charge of the government. They can try and try to run their disclaimers but the fact is they have had congress since 2006, and have had total control for a year and a half. They have run out of places to hide, it's their ball game and they have continued to fail at every turn.
