Measures for a business?

I'm not good in measurements and I'm working on a project for school where I have to make a business, my idea is to make a cafe/book store/ reading space, they will all be separeted by walls but I don't know how big it would have to be to hold tables, sofas, bookshelves, and storage. Would a 1,200 squared feet local be big enough to hold all this, or does it need to be bigger?
