Will i be able to possibly have a healthy pregnancy after 3 ectopics in the future?

I am 25 years old and have had 3 ectopic pregnancies in the last 3 years. The first one happened on my left tube and was surgically removed. 5 months later i had the second in the same tube and this time the tube was removed. Recently after giving up and not thinking that i could not get pregnant anymore i found out i was pregnant but it was in my tubes for the 3rd time. i have decided to go on the patch and try to heal my body like before but plan to stick with the plan until i feel i am ready. i have not had any of the causes such as endometriosis or pelvic inflammatory disease or any STD that could be the reason for it. I did read that smoking may be a leading cause. I really want another child. I am lucky to say I am blessed with a 5 yr old son but one day I would like for him to have a sibling. If anyone could give me some heads up on this topic and reure me that I may be able to have another child in the future that would be grateful...THANK YOU!
