Would 2 hard drives (stored and off) next to each other affect each other?

I have an accordion-fold mini-binder, and I am storing two 2.5 inch portable drives in it. Will they affect each other in any way or wipe any data? I am afraid that two hard drives in very close proximity (while off) may affect each other.
