Basics to setting up a guitar effects pedal chain?

I've been moving stuff around on my pedal board for a couple years now and i've decided that i like the delay to come before the distortions, then wah after tubescreamer. i'm not sure about the tu-2 because i haven't got one. If you get a get a phaser or tremolo, it usually sounds best after everything, since they're fairly dominating effects. Hope this helps.
